@Delta i am a very loyal and frequent customer. a diamond medallion member. but this experience tonight has to be one of the worst. someone sitting in a jump seat next to my delta one seat, the board behind my seat squeaking the whole flight. just really poor quality.

the way that putting up curtains in my bedroom has changed my life… i don’t even think there are words

hey @Delta just flew back and forth to NY in the last 36 hours. on the way there the wifi did not work although i was still charged for the service. on the way home my delta one seat tv glitched the entire 5 hour flight. i love the airline but this is not acceptable.

@SouthwestAir disappointed my $7 drink was taken away from my friends and me 10 minutes after we paid for them even though there was no turbulence
