@Cody_Meyer1993 Agreed! Being able to 180x2 into things like Alakazam, Ghost Veil, Slowking etc is HUGE too!

@Kavalree The other nice part is just being able to decimate the SPA matches. Being able to clear 2 of their characters is huge and gives us a way to still win those if we don’t get the first prize

Really enjoying Festival Lead. I still make some silly mistakes and definitely still play it 2 slow, but it’s been fun to learn and piece together. Really looking forward to how much stronger it gets next set as well. Pult players cutting candy has made the MU so much better.

@Cody_Meyer1993 Next set, we do get Gladion, which boosts us to 210x2 for a turn, so against something like Ogerpon Box, that could be a cheeky 4 prize turn :D

@Cody_Meyer1993 Not using Shaymin? I personally run a 1/1 Goldeen/Seaking which I know is risky, but it's been working for me. And with the 2 dropped there, I run Shaymin and Psyduck. I am thinking of dropping the duck tbf. I'm not running Dawn either. I also stuck a Red Card in too. :D

@Cody_Meyer1993 Agreed! I've got some bling in the deck, just waiting on Brave Bangle to be available now. My Lillie's are all German Regionals stamped, and the stadium is the play promo too :D

Can't find the Grookey MEP on Limitless, but I'm running a 2/2 split with the TWM Grookey. Since Joltik Box rotated, I've flittered around a few decks, but lately landed on this, and I'm really really enjoying it and how it plays. Bonus, it has super cute IR's too!

@emothann I agree with that. I feel running 4 Festival 1 Forest is a bit much too, as that Forest could be something to aid consistency. We've got time to experiment, and I'm looking forward to what you do with the deck! :D

@Kavalree Looks strong, although I don't love the three Festival Grounds. While Forest is good, Grounds is imperative to winning.

@Cody_Meyer1993 I was planning on running 1 with 2 Kierans as "backup", then having 2 Ultra Balls to help with the discard if needed. The deck has for sure, and is SUPER fun right now even before Gladion comes along 😁

@Kavalree Maybe ultra ball has a plCe? But idk if it’d be needed.

This supporter in Festival Grounds changes so many things and is just sooooo good 🤤 Being able to clear 2 SPA in 1 turn in the SPA wars or being able to smack a Teal Mask with a bangle an1 attack AND then getting to smack another character. It’s just disgusting.

Looking more and more at Festival Lead, because it's cute AF. Yeah, it doesn't have my fave Pokemon, Joltik, but I can live with that due to the cuteness factor! BUT, which Grookey is best for it?

Time to practice a few new decks. Prior to rotation, I was all Joltik Box, since rotation I've struggled to settle, but now I'm looking at using 1 of the following as my main deck of choice and riding it out to rotation again! 1) Festival Lead 2) Ethan's Typhlosion 3) Grimmsnarl

I've now been playing Pokemon TCG for 1 year, and I've ended my first ever season at 119 points, no challenge/cup wins, but I came 2nd and 3rd in some challenges/cups. I think that's pretty damn good considering! Next season, I'm aiming for much more!

Really not keen on this current meta in the Pokemon TCG, it seems it's all "Dragapult or bust". But, I'm revisiting my original deck, Marnie's Grimmsnarl. It's not great, but it's more enjoyable than playing Pult!
