@AmazonHelp Hi! I’m not even sure if it’s an Amazon FireStick issue or a Hulu issue. But Hulu never saves my spot when I pause a show. I suspect it’s a Hulu issue, because my FireStick is new and I don’t have any other issues with it.

How do airlines get away with it? If I dismissed paying customers in my own business like the airlines like to do, I wouldn’t have a business. @Delta

Then they move you to a seat, without asking or even telling you, and you end up in the exact seat you didn’t want, even though you were given the option of picking a seat (because you paid that outrageous price). In a first class cabin that’s more like business class in 1990.

You pay for a first class plane ticket, you pick your seats because they actually give you the option (and they should for the outrageous price), you pick the seat you actually prefer (because you paid the outrageous price). @Delta
