We should also mention that you secretly accepted $150,000 in tuition payments from rightwing billionaire Harlan Crowe, but you just voted to strike down loan forgiveness for students who need it. There is something absolutely tragic about the fact that the benefits of affirmative action helped create a Justice Thomas who will now deny many young African American talented individuals the same opportunity. Justice Thomas, if you’re so against affirmative action, I suggest you resign from the Bench.

The Trump Administration made the policy that the SIGPR would not be allowed to submit reports to Congress or make recommendations for prosecutions without White House supervision. BREAKING: MAGA candidate Ron DeSantis unveils his most horrifying policy to date and says that if he becomes president he will change the "rules of engagement" to authorize "deadly force" against undocumented immigrants cutting through the border wall. The shockingly bloodthirsty and fascist proposal is a new low for a Republican Party that increasingly views migrants as subhuman. DeSantis ominously stated that if "if you drop a couple of these cartel operatives, they’ll stop coming.” Of course, authorizing Border Patrol to start shooting migrants would not just hurt cartel smugglers. Innocent men, women, and children would end up being massacred by the U.S. Government. Republicans like DeSantis are totally okay with that kind of murder so long as it allows them to "look tough" on the border. Ludicrously, the Florida governor compared the idea of using deadly force against someone breaking into your home to using it against undocumented migrants crossing the border. The comparison doesn't work at all. People break into your house to steal or to harm you. Migrants cross the border to build better lives for the families — often because their home countries have been destabilized by American imperialist policies. #BryanKohberger was arrested in 2014 for the theft of his sister's cell phone. Many believe if you do a naughty when you are young and you are arrested, that it goes away if you have it expunged. It never goes away for LE. NCIC (the National Crime Information Center) records all arrests and crimes, big and small, and it can always be seen if LE wants to look. I know stealing a sibling's phone may not seem like a big deal, and he was in the throws of a heroin addiction, but what does it say about him? Many commit crimes against strangers; They have no emotional bond to them, but it takes a special kind of detachment to victimize those we are assumed to love. Why, If #BryanKohberger is the narcissist who committed these crimes, why he would he not want cameras in the courtroom? First and foremost, he wants to be acquitted, which supercedes any fantasy or fixation on being televised. No cameras in the courtroom benefits BK, and that's why his Def team is fighting so hard to have them banned and fighting so hard for the gag order. The evidence is powerful, and BK and his Team wants it stifled. The prosecution is in agreement because they are looking out for their witnesses' privacy and they want this trial to be as fair as possible to avoid grounds for appeal. #idaho4
