50 years of @Apple From the early days of the #iPod to bringing the #iPhone into the world, some of the most formative years of my career were spent there. The products and teams stay with you. But more importantly so does how Apple thinks. A few lessons that have held true for decades: 1) Start with the user, not the tech. The question isn’t “what can we build?” but “what problem actually matters?” 2) Focus is everything. Apple is defined as much by what it says no to as what it builds. 3) End-to-end matters. Hardware, software, services. It all has to work together. 4) Details are the product. What feels small is what users remember. 5) Debate hard. Commit fully. 6) Build for the long term. We’re in another moment of massive technological change. The fundamentals haven’t changed. The companies that win build things people actually use and can’t imagine living without. Congrats to everyone who has been part of Apple’s first 50 years! 🙌

I have never experienced this until now. Almost 95%+ of my total miles driven have been on FSD. Filed a bug report from the Tesla itself. Scary 😱. Hope it gets fixed soon!

@elonmusk something is off with FSD v14.2.2.2 - Out of no where, my Tesla took an exit 1.6 miles before our destination exit. There was no traffic at all and Navigation was correctly showing the exit 1.6 miles away. It also suddenly jumped into the exit lane scaring my family.

Apple Watch is a seriously underrated product. A few years ago, my Apple Watch alerted me that it had detected a heart arrhythmia. It was the first time I had any indication that something might be wrong. I went to see a doctor, they did some studies, but they couldn’t find anything. I also had zero symptoms of heart issues. A few years later, I got the Apple Watch Ultra, which let me take an ECG whenever an arrhythmia was detected. I then visited another doctor and showed the ECG readings. He could clearly see that I had a severe arrhythmia. Fast forward to today: I underwent a pulsed field ablation, a procedure that uses rapid, high-energy electrical pulses to destroy problematic heart tissue. I feel great, and the arrhythmia is gone! 🎉 I’m deeply grateful to the people who built the Apple Watch. Without it, I could have gone many more years without discovering this issue. And, of course, I’m grateful to the doctors, nurses and the advances in medicine that made treatment possible. It’s incredible what can be done today. The whole setup felt super high-tech.
