It’s the little things that are the big things. It’s been one of those tricky weeks when life keeps on giving you unexpected hurdles - found these on my desk this morning from someone at home 💛

We all have moments of doubt. Today the power of a wee message has truly been felt-amazing. I met many new people on the system leadership day yesterday and I’m humbled and very thankful for a new connection taking the time. Spread to joy, the send the message! @NHSGrampian

Had coffee-on-teams meeting planned 2day but in my busyness it went out of my head. When I spoke to the lady to apologise unreservedly, she said " It's OK, we just need to give eachother a bit of kindness. How are you today?" ❤😇 #kindnessgoesaongway @PersonCntrdSco

A well-being lunch walk and the pipes are playing - can’t help but want to stand 10 to 2 toes! Listening two 3 mannies having their catch up in the park. Connections, kindness, daily steps and fresh air! Made my day!

Always energised when listening to @SimonSinek talk on leadership. His video on 'how to discover your why during difficult times' will resonate with many and their experience of leading during Covid. Had many positive experiences of colleagues being compassionate during Covid.

The role of the Third Sector in the future delivery of MHLD is central across all tiers of services and why they are key partners in the Grampian Framework and Transformation Programme moving forward.
TSI Scotland Network@TSIScotNet

#TSIxESSReport Key Recommendation 2: Covid-19 raised awareness of the third sector and TSIs, however we need to build on this momentum and highlight our work. The report also calls for more engagement with TSIs when designing national programmes of support for the third sector.
