Reporting the evidence to authorities will do no good because they’re in on the coverup.
And we like to call her tactic the dead man’s switch. If anything happens to her, it all comes out from various sources. It’s a means of life insurance in this country. It means the good guys are now blackmailing the bad guys. If you were on the right side this wouldn’t bother you.
She’s releasing evidence periodically to flush out the rats. It’s working beautifully.

Sounds like you either don't care about "finding the truth" as much as you care about extending your grift, that you know your evidence is all bogus anyway -- or, who are we kidding, both.

If I have all of my electronics seized, try not to be shocked when every piece of footage and evidence hits the internet immediately anyway. When an investigation is truly decentralized, there is no nucleus that can be captured.

Yea, so I’m going to be honest…
I have a hard time with responding to dm’s from men- even assuming their intentions are ok.
It’s just a thing for me.
It’s not personal.
It’s a trigger to memories of myself from the past that I don’t like to revisit.

This has been a really confusing issue for me, but I think the reason that is is because I’ve only ever seen people like Brian and other rabid CN types talk about the imprecatory Psalms, and it almost always comes off as them just wanting to pray personal revenge prayers against anyone that simply doesn’t agree with them.
The way you explain it here helps to make a little more sense of it.

Look, I’m not an Ogden fan boy by any stretch… and I wouldn’t have worded this the way Brian did. That being said, praying for God’s righteous judgment on the wicked is not wrong.
I remember in my early days in ministry finding out that a disabled pre-teen girl who had been visiting our church had been abused (sa) from her mother’s live-in boyfriend. All I knew to do was to pray with trembling, anger, and brokenness of heart for the Lord’s justice to be swift.

Here's my friendly encouragement: don't follow what @Brian_Sauve says here. Stop praying curses on people (or, better yet, don't start.) We're not in the old covenant. New covenant voices do not urge us to curse our enemies; they actually say the opposite. Here's a sampling: JESUS: “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust" (Matthew 5:43–45). PAUL: "Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them" (Romans 12:14). PETER: "Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless, for to this you were called, that you may obtain a blessing" (1 Peter 3:9). While I respect believers who come to different conclusions, I do not think that we should curse rulers in worship services, nor in our private devotions. There is a higher way--the way of Christ. It is the way of the gospel. Yes, there are solid Christians (past and present) on all sides of this issue. Further, it's right to ask God to deliver us from evil (Matthew 6:13). We do not pray for unbelievers to flourish in their unbelief and evil--not at all. We ask God to stop them, bring them to justice, and deliver us from their sin. Where they call us to disobey God or stop us from obeying God as Scripture ordains, further, we do no such thing. However, while the imprecatory Psalms are righteous and good, they were for their old covenant context. Jesus and his apostles teach us to bless, pray for, and love our enemies. We cannot lose sight of this. We are not old covenant Israel. We are not under the Davidic theocracy. We are not picking up the sword to attack unbelievers across the street as our enemies. Much as you are told otherwise today, the kingdom of Christ is not of this world, and it does not advance by cursing (John 18:36). The kingdom of Christ advances by the gospel.

One major besetting sin of mine that continues to often trip me up- because I stupidly and sinfully allow it to- is being very self absorbed and selfish in general- with my time, energy, money…you name it.
It’s gotten significantly better than it was in Kayla b.c., but that flesh dies a long and hard death.
I’m putting this out there because sometimes it feels like satan wants us to believe that a particular sin of ours is so bad that we simply cannot really be a Christian, or that we are never going to be able to overcome it. That we’re alone.
I don’t believe that lie. I know that God can and does work in our lives to gradually change us. Sometimes not as quickly as we may prefer, but He does.
I hope this will encourage someone else to know that they’re not alone in their fight against their flesh.

There are very few professing Christians today, I believe, who would admit to struggling with a besetting sin, let alone who would be transparent about the specifics of what their besetting sin happens to be. To be sure, not every Christians struggles with a besetting sin, but very many do. I remember Dr. R.C. Sproul saying, "My life didn't get difficult until I became a Christian." It was arguably the most honest statements I'd ever heard any Christian say. My favorite chapter in J.C. Ryle's classic book Holiness is the chapter titled "The Fight." I've many times recommended that book to my Christian friends, and that they read the chapter on "The Fight" before reading chapter one, which is titled "Sin." My point is that we would do well to not pretend that the Christian life is not a constant fight against our flesh and the remaining sin that dwells there.

I have been listening to Dr Sproul a ton lately and I’ve heard him say that, and it’s very comforting! The first time I heard that quote, it actually eased a lot of anxiety for me.
My post today was actually inspired by my listening to Respectable Sins by Jerry Bridges.
I’ve carried shame quietly over this sin for a long time out of fear.
I’m somewhat scared to be vulnerable this way, but if it helps even one other struggling brother or sister, it’s worth it.
I have benefited many times on this app by others being willing to be vulnerable and share their struggles and testimonies, so my hope is that the Lord can use my sharing my struggles in this way as well.

I follow so many good brothers on this app that have been so kind in my comments and theirs, and it breaks my heart that I feel like I need to close my dm’s to completely innocent exchanges bc there are weirdos that pretend to be what they’re not.

@KayMT83 Relations between men and women have been tripped out by culture. To be honest, and I am married, but if I even accidentally look at a woman I can tell that they absorb that as if I hit on them. So, things aren't BIBLICAL. It's hard for me to gym, I avoid any eye contact.
