@Bamboozler_Nate @ChrisCryptic4 @WWURD_Official My apologies, the graphic was expanded. Also, I tried to include this in my response but I don't have a lot of room. But they would have preached that the Kingdom of Heaven was at Hand, at that point and that Jesus of Nazareth was the source of their healing power.

@Bamboozler_Nate @ChrisCryptic4 @WWURD_Official Nothing as they were *listening at that time. Yeshua was their Master & they were His disciples- He did t/preaching. T/conclusion of their Gospels revealed t/entire story; salvation, God's love for us, & Who Jesus was. T/commission to preach t/Gospel was given at it's conclusion.

@mstevens73 @ChrisCryptic4 @WWURD_Official Good morning to you and they didn’t understand it when he told them at the end of his ministry. So tell me what they was preaching at beginning of the four gospels. Is it possible to preach something that you’re ignorant of?

@ItsRobbAllen Yes, the came a point where I felt worst in my spirit upon leaving, than I did when arriving. I am truly thankful to God for the fellowship that I am blessed with in the body of Christ.

@mstevens73 Exactly. I'm not there to have my political opinions confirmed. I'm not there to have my sins accepted. I'm there to learn His word and get closer to Him. Sin is what takes me away from Him. A sermon that does more to divide the church & move people away feels like heresy.

Yesterday sucked. It was my last day at my church of 20 years. I played in the praise band for over 12 of those years. I enjoyed doing so because it was how I got to use my talents to serve God. But the sermon *literally* was about AI datacenters using all our water, mass animal farming, and how environmental racism was causing disproportionate harm to minorities. I'll miss playing, but the UMC is completely lost.

@ItsRobbAllen I say to you sincerely, that must have been difficult to endure. I mean CLEARLY, it is not the Gospel of Jesus-Christ (the one He said would be preached MT 24:14) and that is really the ONLY reason I seek to attend fellowship. I want to see Jesus.

@mstevens73 It was prefaced with "God commands us to be stewards of the Earth" and thus any ridiculous leftist opinions must be taken as gospel.

Anyone without the Law of Moses, has the doctrine of demons. The law is perfect. The law is the highest ideal. Anyone else is man's ideal or distortion of the bible. It's the Duty of ALL Mankind.

@Truthseeker59 @byroncarroll Peter did not know the day or the hour. He was simply preaching the message that he was suppose to preach, the coming of the Lord Jesus. We don't the day or hour either, yet we faithfully echo His Gospel that He will come again.

Who was Peter speaking to? Was he purposely misleading them telling them those things were coming and to be ready when if what you are saying is true he could have said seal up these words for its not for your time. Audience relevance is critical and can never be projected to the future as if the people to whom the letters were written did not understand the covenanantal nature of the first century age ending events playing our then...not now. Those were the days of vengeance that all that was written concerning the Son would be fulfilled. Not now.

Think it not strange the Bible says the end of the world/Christ's return is in the first century AD.

@Truthseeker59 @byroncarroll No, He was quite correct as it was only 6 days later that He ascended the mountain to be transfigured into His Reigning glory, (while taking three of those were standing in His midst as He made that declaration). @mstevens73 @byroncarroll Good luck untwisting that verse ....consider the time statements. Did Jesus get it wrong when he said some standing there would still be alive when they saw him coming in his kingdom. Did he lie was the Son of God mistaken

@BrysonGray "...can't" and "any" are strong terminologies. John 3:16 has a way of speaking to the hearts of many that were lost. They call it 'the mini-Gospel'.

Calvinists, can you provide a straightforward answer to this question? Mustn’t your desires be changed by God before you can voluntarily accept the gospel? If so, doesn’t that mean you are incapable of desiring to accept the gospel unless and/or until God changes your desires?

@Pastor_ChrisH Can you voluntarily choose to do something you were born by nature unable to desire to do? Yes or no?
