@on_lothianbuses That’s crazy, I want the app to show me the bus times. I can calculate my travel to the bus stop which is exactly 3 mins!

@KayWes Hi, the time on the bus stop is the scheduled time whereas the time on the app includes the walk from your location to the bus stop, which is why it is different.

@on_lothianbuses it’s a lottery to decide which timetable is correct!

@YourSSE Apparently you’ve switched me over to OVO and my new OVO account number is on my latest SSE bill. Guess what, I can’t access my account to view my final bill and I have my meter readings to submit tonight. Excellent work SSE!!

@NicolaSturgeon Can you imagine how difficult it is for many of these people to actually get ‘online’. It’s not like they’re heading home each evening and plugging their phone in to charge.

Need to see detail of course - but this seems (I hope) to be a very significant shift towards a position of sanctuary first, paperwork second. If so, and while very belated, it is welcome - indeed, a massive relief. The UK position until now has been deeply shameful
