Then they decided yesterday to deduct my 60 shillings, without any notice that there had been a billing issue, without any explanation of what caused the said billing issue and only gave an afterthought explanation after I complained. This clearly means our money is not safe with @SafaricomPLC. They can arbitrarily decide to deduct money and give explanations as an afterthought. Ukora!
