@CallofDutyCM I buy the game to play ranked play it’s what I enjoy but what’s the crack with ranked? hackers everywhere the game is just unplayable at this point along with team mates jsut afk and not getting kicked what’s the point!

@KayosLiveUK @xB1ack0pp5x Did you try to verify/repair via the Xbox app? The process we were sharing with you was through the Windows settings instead.

@CallofDutyCM @xB1ack0pp5x I tried verify and repair before full uninstall and reinstall didn’t work and also tried repairing game services in windows

@KayosLiveUK @xB1ack0pp5x We're investigating it for sure. We were hoping that you could try the process we shared as it works for quite a few folks and prevents you from having to perform a full reinstall if it works.

@CallofDutyCM @xB1ack0pp5x I’m already reinstalling the game as Xbox said it may be a corrupted file during the update - once downloaded I will let you know but this needs to be fixed

@xB1ack0pp5x @CallofDutyCM @KayosLiveUK It didn’t and I had to do a ps7 clear cache and it didn’t work either. So I had to uninstall and reinstall

@CallofDutyCM As I’m trying to launch the game it says game crashed - was playing fine before the update
