@AngelMD1103 Went to a Cancun beach wedding for a friend - they had a fat dude in yellow Speedo hanging out watching the ceremony in the background of every wedding photo. I admit I LMAO and took some zoomed pics to send her later. Poor bride - but a funny story years later!

She’s just at the beach, bikini on, book in hand, completely minding her own business. Peaceful. Quiet. Normal day.
Then, out of nowhere… people start showing up. Dressed up. Cameras out.
Turns out. it’s a full wedding happening right there.
Now she’s suddenly in the background of someone’s once-in-a-lifetime photos… in a bikini.
So she quietly lies down, covers herself up, trying to disappear like she was never there.
No drama. No complaints. Just… respecting the moment.
That kind of self-awareness? She didn’t have to do that, but she did. Would you have moved, covered up, or just stayed where you were? Who do you think had the right to that space?

A dermatologist conference in Hawaii, sun, beach, perfect weather… and yet EVERYONE is completely covered up. Long sleeves. Hats. Sunscreen on repeat. No tanning. No “just a little sun.” The people who know skin best are doing everything possible to avoid it. Meanwhile, everyone else on the beach is soaking it in like it’s harmless. It really makes you stop and think… "What do they know that we’re ignoring? When the experts all behave the same way, it’s usually not a coincidence; it’s a warning. After seeing this, would you change how you protect your skin… or keep doing what you’ve always done?

@EricLDaugh @prancingkitten @Pontifex There are many Catholics who would be interested to read your response

🚨 WOW. Border Czar Tom Homan just gave the PERFECT response to Pope Leo
"I'm a lifelong Catholic. I wish they'd STAY OUT of immigration, they don't know what they're talking about."
"Because if they wore my shoes for 40 years, and talked to a 9-year-old girl that got r*ped multiple times, or stood in the back of a tractor trailer with 19 dead aliens at my feet, including a 5-year-old boy that baked to death, if they understood the atrocities that happened on the open border, I think their opinion would change!"
"And I welcome discussion with any of them, because they don't understand illegal immigration is not a victimless crime."
"Where President Trump had the most secure border in the lifetime of this nation, right now, lives are being saved. He's saving thousands of lives a year because he has a secure border!"
"Human traffickers are out of business, right? The cartels are going bankrupt because of that secure border. I wish they'd understand that."
"Because if they did, I think they'd have a different opinion."
Mic drop.

@ShirionOrg Sadly there is a continuing need to educate new generations against Holocaust denials.

@BishopBarron I dont know that Popes, Bishops, or the Catholic Church needs to be on X. Please stop.

The statements made by President Trump on Truth Social regarding the Pope were entirely inappropriate and disrespectful. They don’t contribute at all to a constructive conversation. It is the Pope’s prerogative to articulate Catholic doctrine and the principles that govern the moral life. In regard to the concrete application of those principles, people of good will can and do disagree. I would warmly recommend that serious Catholics within the Trump administration–Secretary Rubio, Vice President Vance, Ambassador Brian Burch, and others–might meet with Vatican officials so that a real dialogue can take place. This is far preferable to the statements on social media.
I am very grateful for the many ways that the Trump administration has reached out to Catholics and other people of faith. It has been a high honor to serve on the Religious Liberty Commission. No President in my lifetime has shown a greater dedication to defending our first liberty. All that said, I think the President owes the Pope an apology.

@TheModerateCase Of course. The Pope can also be wrong (he is a man after all)

This story escalated FAST…
A woman’s sister, who has special needs, breaks into their parents’ safe, takes the money, buys a phone… and casually flies off to Nashville like it’s a weekend getaway.
The whole time?
She’s texting the family: “kiss kiss from Nashville” like nothing is wrong.
Meanwhile, the family is in FULL panic mode, calling airports, trying to stop her, but she keeps slipping through, making it all the way there and living her best life.
Then comes the return trip… missed flights, hotel stays, police involved… and finally getting kicked off a flight after a random argument.
At this point?? Pure chaos.
Comment: It’s wild, stressful, and honestly unbelievable, but you can’t ignore how independent (and determined) she was through all of it. Is this a story of independence… or a situation that should’ve been stopped way earlier? What would YOU have done as the family?
