@simonkidwell @bbclaurak My school was inspected under the new framework. It was a hideous experience, absolutely not sensitive and constructive. Staff were left broken. A ‘Good’ didn’t compensate.

Amanda Speilman told @bbclaurak that feedback told her that leaders found Ofsted a positive and affirming experience. If you are a school leader and you have been inspected under the new framework did you find it positive and affirming?
