It will have to be a very big field. 20k visitors = approximately 8000 cars assuming 2.5 occupants on average. According to guidelines that's getting on for 70 acres of car park. Good luck to whoever has to sell that notion to the LDNPA! 🤣

Well well well, the Ruskin Museum who are organising the Bluebird K7 Festival has now cancelled the big live music event part because of a lack of traffic management and park and ride. The same traffic needed to get the same volume of people to the lake... @bluebirdk7

Even if it does, it's all our work & we ran it first. How many older folks will never see it cause of wasted time? K7 was 100% & RM set it back years for no reason. So put it back together & emulate us? Big deal. The story becomes a bigger disaster with every day that passes.

I am sorry to report that my faithful Mr Bor died at the vet's last night. He seemed to be pulling through & the prognosis good, but for some reason, he succumbed. So many of you loved him, as did I. He brought so much joy to us, and I'll always regret not being back in Croatia when he was taken ill. You'll understand my need for a little absence, as this day becomes ashes.

Often useful to think sideways. It's not just contemporary mapping that sheds light on the battlespace: try an elevation mapping for the Arnhem area. Like Norfolk, the flat bits of Holland sometime aren't that flat.
