@KeithMcsherry @TunawithaCh I certainly didn’t want the cl for money. Made memories Al never forget, but wanted that to be the start of something but instead is was treat as the end. Same goes with Wembley, that should’ve been built upon but wasn’t and we’ve lost our 4 best players in recent history.

If you read the details of Newcastle’s UEFA settlement it looks like they are going to have to sell to buy moving forward. Every summer probably for the foreseeable. That explains what has happened this year and what the strategy will be moving forward. Handcuffed #nufc

@ScottyTalksToon @TheVocalHero In layman’s terms we need to reduce our wage bill for a healthier future. Wages are calculated over time and not fully per season. NUFC will be hoping they can sell these ‘wonder kids’ to make more moeny in the future. Stabilising the club and hopefully finding success.

@TheVocalHero Thats what SCR is - Squad Cost Ratio. It's basically how much we spend vs how much we make. We were very high on the SCR calculations which is why we needed to sell a couple of high earners.
