@CleansedTweets Yeap. Their news and media are just one sided rats only saying good things about themselves while degrading the western countries. That is pure communist at work. But well , china's housing prices have halved at least...some down 70% like altcoin !

My monthly bills in China amount to pretty much nothing. - Electricity: 18 to 20 USD - Water: 5 to 7 USD - Internet: 15 USD - Mobile data: 8 USD - Council/Local tax: 0.00 USD Never more than 50 USD a month. What about where you are?

@CleansedTweets Hahaha freedom of speech and human rights is bad in china...you cannot criticise the communist party etc like how u can freely criticise britain's labour party. Their news media portrays only bad news in foreign countries like killings/terrorists but they don't post good things

Chelsea's backline is crying out for a CCB who's a backline leader, box defender, a central organizer and adept at building play in the middle of a back 3. I have a new recommendation with EPL experience 🧵 stay with me... In the absence of Colwill, Chelsea have lacked this profile and have been paying dearly for it all season, with Tosin the next best in line stylistically, but has proven to be not good enough to be starting for a club like Chelsea unless in an injury crisis like the one we are currently facing in that position. Maresca asked for one but was turned down by the board who believed Chelsea were well stacked in defense to make up for Colwill's untimely injury, but their naivety in understanding CB profiles has cost us this season. The mere fact they couldn't differentiate from a wide CB profile from a CCB profile is further validation to their failure in recruiting top level CB that excel at the basics since BlueCo took over. It's no surprise that our best defenders are all Cobham graduates, where they are being produced like pencils. Jonathan Tah, who was my initial wildcard recommendation before he chose Bayern, has quietly been impressive for a Bayern side that have arguably been the best side in Europe this season, and was a key figure for Alonso in that unbeaten season at Leverkusen. He ticked multiple boxes as an experienced backline leader, but I understood the Chelsea board would likely not go for him due to his age and contract demands. He's also been great at leading the likes of Upamecano who's a similar profile to the stacked WCB profiles Chelsea have on the roaster at the moment. Signing a CCB that ticks the box of being an experienced backline leader, box defender, a central organizer, and adept at building play in the middle of a back 3 is difficult to find in the market, especially one with Premier League experience. My new recommendation is Ruben Dias who at the age of 28, still has something to give considering CB age like wine. So I believe Chelsea should test the waters with a bid, as he appears to have also fallen out of favor at Manchester City due to the form of Khusanov, the signing of Guehi and the return of Gvardiol in that LCB position. The moves makes sense for all parties involved if you think about it logically. He's not as technically refined at ball playing like Colwill, but he has proven his intelligence in that CCB role for Pep at the highest level, especially during that treble season, where he was flanked with wide CB like Ake, Akanji & Walker. Chelsea can replicate this tactically with Cucu/Hato-Colwill/Dias-Fofana/Josh/Chalo Considering Colwill would need some time to get back to full fitness and with Chelsea likely to offload the likes of Badiashile & Tosin, there is going to be open spots. This transfer has my blessing if it eventually comes to fruition. Chelsea doesn't have a single soul in their squad on the same caliber as Bernado Silva rn, why not sign him up on a free? And inject quality into your team? Rather they will choose to go spend £60m on one average bum when the window opens.

🚨 | BREAKING: Liam Rosenior has publicly called for a radical shift in #Chelsea’s transfer strategy, demanding emotional stability and proven winners instead of more teenage recruits. After four consecutive defeats exposed the squad’s fragility under pressure, Rosenior told Sky Sports he needs signings with experience, leadership, and the character to steady difficult moments, a direct break from the BlueCo youth-first model that has defined Chelsea’s spending since 2022. This is the first time a #Chelsea manager under the current ownership has openly challenged the recruitment philosophy in such direct terms. The club appear to be listening, with targets like Lamine Camara, Morgan Rogers, and Arda Güler reflecting a shift toward players who can impact the squad immediately rather than in three years’ time. #CFC

Rare market crashes that last for more than a year are sometimes needed to reset sentiment deleverage. But I don’t think we are there right now.

Most people don’t remember what happened beyond 3 to 6 months, which is why corrections typically happen for 3 to 6 months and why sentiment is usually the worst towards the end of it.

Bernardo Silva is leaving when the time is right. His decline is obvious to see, but he is leaving whilst he is not completely washed. A good servant. Elliot Anderson is the obvious replacement. A workhorse ball carrier with elite ball retention and progression, able to play anywhere in midfield. +Homegrown.

@iam_brau Marcos Senesi is a good choice well done. @ebehdad @paulwinstanley9 next up sell Jackson and Liam Delap, buy Morgan Rogers. For central defence i think need one more experienced international guy besides Senesi. Sell Badiashit/Disasi/Toshit. Base case assuming chelsea gets 6th

Fox News can confirm that the 2nd crew member of the downed F15E fighter jet has been rescued and he and the members of the rescue team that extracted him from behind enemy lines in Iran are all safely out of Iran. That according to two senior US officials and multiple well placed sources in the region. The Weapons Systems Officer ejected along with the pilot when their F15E Strike Eagle they were flying was struck Thursday night (early Friday local time) in southwest Iran.  The WSO used the SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape) training to evade capture, hiding on an elevated ridge after hiking away from the wreckage and putting out an emergency beacon.) US Special Operations rescue forces to include PJs (United States Air Force Pararescuemen (PJs) and many layers of elite rescue forces took part in the complex, layered mission to both find the crew member and also keep the Iranian forces who were hunting the American weapons system operator at bay. There are videos that have appeared from local eyewitnesses that show what appear to have been  injured and dead Iranian members of the IRGC and Basij who were looking for the downed American crew member. Fox has learned there was fighting on the ground but no Americans killed during the operation. “It was a very complex operation to retrieve the downed service member,” a well placed source briefed on the operation told me. Many different branches of the US military were involved in the rescue. Fox News can confirm the A10 Warthog that crashed Friday was involved in providing cover for the rescue teams searching for the pilot. That A10 crashed in Kuwait (first reported by ABC Friday) but the A10 pilot managed to eject safely and was rescued. There was destruction of aircraft which have sensitive equipment on board, I am told, all part of this complex CSAR (Combat Search and Rescue) mission. The F15E was pretty much destroyed on impact. Two rescue helicopters were hit by enemy fire on  Friday and crew members onboard were injured by enemy fire but managed to make it out of Iran. There were a lot of elements to this rescue, I am told.
