A few new faces around here so let me reintroduce myself! I’m Ellie, I’m a @Cambridge_Uni Mathematics Masters Graduate who loves sharing the beauty of mathematics and STEM. I started my career in the space industry as a Space Systems Optimisation Engineer and later an Astrodynamics Software Engineer. I then moved to Machine Learning and worked as an Engineer. And I’m starting a new chapter very soon which I can’t wait to share more details about 😉 Throughout that time I’ve been an avid mathematics and science communicator from the UK, sharing content online (i’m on all platforms). I also engage audiences through talks, public speaking, and other STEM outreach. Wir brauchen neue Schulbücher. Die Menge an Anschauungsmaterial, das die Verlage geschickt haben, ist stark unterschiedlich. Das einzig wichtige Argument ist allerdings aus Plüsch.

@Hyperfocusdeep Probier dich einfach durch, vieles wurde schon genannt (hier ist der Vegetarian Butcher der Favorit), nur eins noch: lass die Finger von allem mit Jackfruit, das ist widerlich!

Das Kind hat beschlossen, Vegetarierin zu werden. Das wird ab & zu auch Fleischersatzprodukte bedeuten. Bitte keine Diskussion darüber. Stattdessen wären Tipps ganz wunderbar. Es muss nicht schmecken wie Fleisch, aber lecker wär gut 🙈 Tempeh mag sie, Tofu hasst sie. Gern RT
