We are excited to share a VERY large snRNA-seq study of human retina, RPE, and choroid: 122 human donors (88 newly sequenced) which affords a single-cell eQTL analysis in the eye! More to come soon including a Spectacle eQTL browser! Preprint on biorxiv: biorxiv.org/content/10.648…
