@KenGeDoran Hi Ken, sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the TUI app. Have you deleted and re-installed the app, this usually does the trick 🙂. Does the same issue appear when trying this on our website? ^Beth

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, I received an email that my sky hub will no longer receive security updates after December 2025, and to click on a link to check my options. Was this as scam email or genuine?
