A textbook example of the H&S failure is $NVDA. Here an 8-month H&S top was completed briefly on Mar 30 with NO follow through. This was the first point when a bear trap was detected. The target of a H&S failure is calculated by projecting the height of the H&S upwards from a right shoulder high. In this case we get a target of 236 or so. Targets are not sacred, so price could fall short of this level or blow through it to the upside.

Assuming this is the #Bitcoin peak, and it doesn't mirror the previous cycle, expect different chart patterns. However, some patterns may repeat: - Price gets volatile at creates wicks at the peak - Bearish divergence at the top - Price retests the blue line - Price retests the 5th target box - Bullish divergence at the bottom

@JesseOlson The 2022 price drop due to FTX, if you are looking the same set up - Iran vs US war (ground invasion by US). Then we are going to get that bull divergence. Otherwise, it could be it ($60K was the bear market bottom).

Friendly reminder that a simple return to the long term trend of Bitcoin's price points to $200k Bitcoin in under one year.
If it takes two years, you're looking at $300k Bitcoin with zero bull market.
If we have a bull run on the order of magnitude of 2021... we're looking at $400k-$500k Bitcoin in two years.
If we see a reversion above trend that is equal to the deviation below trend we are now...

Similar patterns to Covid 2020 crashed. If follow - we should see $12,000 plus end of 2025 or early/1st week of 2026.
It does not end there, it will continues to 2.618 Fib as it did in May 2021, implied that May 2026 $31,875.

Again, 2025 total cut 75bps, so far 25bps.
Will the Fed cut 25 bps end of Oct, and Dec another 25bps, as they seem to suggest without aggressively cut the rate. Or Will they cut 50bps due to govt shut down and regional banks crisis is starting to brew.

If the FED cuts 50 basis points at the upcoming Sept meeting, which I expect they will, then ETH will run hard close to $7000 within a couple of months. Another cut, 25 basis points before YE 2025 - ETH of Year $13,500.
