Yesterday I went to the drs because I'm not coping with Covid-19. I'm hypertensive, not sleeping well, & my anxiety levels are through the roof. I'm not consciously stressing about things... but it sure is fucking with me. I will be ok, but I'm not ok. How are ya'll doing?
