Wow. Very bizarre. Democrat @davidpascoesc is thanking @PamelaEvette and @NancyMace and is suggesting they support his campaign for Attorney General of South Carolina even though he’s a lifelong Democrat and Biden supporter and still has an active Act Blue account. I want to give them both an opportunity to reply to this tweet to go on the record and deny Pascoe’s claims and to disavow him and urge him to drop out of the South Carolina race for AG where he’s running as a “Republican” despite being a Democrat. He’s a Democrat who is pretending to be a Republican so he can weaponize the South Carolina AG’s office against Trump supporters. Anyone who supports him is unfit for office… I can’t trust a Biden voter so that’s why I want to give Nancy Mace and Pamela Evette a chance to reply here publicly… Do they disavow Democrat David Pascoe and his deceitful campaign for Attorney General?
David Pascoe@davidpascoesc

Sources tell me that loomer almost told the truth! Huge achievement for Laura. No surprise, @LauraLoomer posted a quarter truth post because in my opinion she’s a grifter for some very corrupt forces in South Carolina who know their days of corruption are over with Attorney General Pascoe. What might be true, however, is that those corrupt forces tried to get our President to attack me. The most conservative groups and individuals in our state support me because they want to end the culture of corruption. A handful of trial lawyers and others are trying to keep the status quo of public money going into their accounts. I will end it. Thank you @realDonaldTrump for recognizing their wickedness. And thank you to candidates Ralph Norman, Pam E, Rom R, and Nancy M for not succumbing to the corrupt money of those Loomer influencers. Thank you for putting the fight against corruption on the ballot. #CrushCorruption #PatriotsforPascoe

David Pascoe calls himself the corruption fighter… until it’s his pal Curtis Loftis with a $1.8 BILLION accounting disaster, mismanagement, and an IG report REFERRED TO SLED for criminal review. Shows will prosecute enemies and protect his friends. Pascoe’s selective outrage is pure swamp hypocrisy. Taxpayers deserve better than insider protection. #PascoeIsFake #SCAGPrimary #LoftisCantCount

Xi’s message at the US-China summit was simple: stay out of Taiwan. That’s not diplomacy. It’s a threat. Taiwan is what Xi cares about most — more than tariffs, markets, or any deal. The Chinese Communist Party doesn’t get to dictate American foreign policy.

🚨NEW🚨. @LauraLoomer : “David Pascoe is a HARDCORE DEMOCRAT…..” 💥💥💥💥💣💣💣
Laura Loomer@LauraLoomer

David Pascoe lied about having the support of GOP candidates in South Carolina in his bizarre attempt to attack me as “paid off” because I dug up the receipts that prove he’s best friends with Jim Clyburn @ClyburnSC06 and Joe Biden. It should be obvious to everyone the Dems wants a Democrat AG to block all redistricting efforts in South Carolina, so the Democrats are running David Pascoe on the GOP ticket with the hope that a lot of voters will not do research and won’t know that he’s been a “Republican” for less than one year. If you live in South Carolina and you’re running for office on the GOP ticket, it’s time to disavow Biden supporter @davidpascoesc. He’s going around telling everyone that @PamelaEvette’s consultants are protecting him and supporting him. Is this true? Why would the Lt. Governor of South Carolina’s consultants want to protect an undercover Democrat candidate for Attorney General? What type of deals are being made behind the scenes? David Pascoe is a hardcore Democrat and his campaign finances are being managed by Dick Harpootlian @HarpootlianSC, the former chair of the South Carolina Democrat Party. Isn’t that bizarre? I sure hope it’s not true. We will need the White House @WhiteHouse to speak out soon. Unless they want a Democrat who is pretending to be a Republican to become the next Attorney General of South Carolina, I sure hope we hear from the WH on this soon. This is getting very weird. Here’s the video of David Pascoe who is pretending to be Republican so he can become AG and weaponize lawfare against Republicans in South Carolina… I actually brought receipts.

There’s a dirty secret in our system. Our General Assembly elected judges feel pressure when members of the Judicial Merit Selection Committee appear in their courtrooms. That is not independence. That is a conflict. I’ve heard it directly from judges. That is the problem, and that is what I will fix.

We owe it to Logan and the Federico family to ensure justice is fully applied in this case and to prevent similar situations from reoccurring in the future. Too often, rogue prosecutors and activist judges enable these kinds of tragedies by turning a blind eye to brutality or giving a slap on the wrist to career criminals. I’ve had enough of that. We cannot allow for the release of violent offenders who have proven to be nothing but a danger to society. The introduction of Logan’s Law is the first step in fixing this problem. wbtw.com/news/grand-str…

As we get closer to election day, the special interest (mostly lawyer legislators and trial lawyers) and their consultants are ramping up their attacks on me. They are becoming frustrated that Republican voters see right through the fog of their dark money. They lie about my record and accuse me of being a “RINO” and a “wolf in sheep’s clothing.” But Republican voters know I have a more conservative record than anyone opposing our movement. I sent a cop killer to the firing squad; I began the Republican movement for judicial reform; I have led movements to defeat liberal judicial; and I have prosecuted corruption at every level of government from the town to the State House. I am a wolf in wolf’s clothing. Our enemies know it, and they are scared to death of the change that is about to come when I am Attorney General. Lawyer legislators fired and banned from government contracts and the creation of a Public Corruption Unit that will make sure public officials can’t profit from the public positions. Republican United States Attorney Bart Daniel hired me as a law clerk where I worked all three years of law school. Since I graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1993, I have been a prosecutor. I have prosecuted thousands of cases, including putting a cop-killer on death row and corrupt politicians behind bars. I’ve served as the Solicitor for the First Circuit since 2005, and yes, I was elected as a Democrat. Why? I had to be a Democrat to win. I wanted to serve my community and didn’t want partisan labels to interfere with that work. I was reelected in 2008, 2012, 2016, 2020, and 2024 with the support of Republicans, because they know that I am a conservative, tough-on-crime prosecutor. In fact, every Republican Sheriff and clerk of court in my circuit supported me in my elections against Republicans. In 2016, I was appointed as the state’s special prosecutor during the State House Corruption Probe and took down five of the most powerful men in our state. I also issued a State Grand Jury Report outlining the corruption in our state. Corruption runs deep in South Carolina and it is bipartisan. For ten years, the attacks on me have been bipartisan. Since my appointment to lead the State House Corruption Probe, I have been the enemy of special interest groups, trial lawyers, and the consultant class. Leaders (good ole boys) of both parties have worked together to defeat me. Why? Because they’re terrified of me. Actually, let me rephrase that. They’re terrified of justice. In 2016 and 2020, Republicans and Democrats worked together to defeat me at the ballot in order to end the State House Corruption Probe. The Chair of the Orangeburg Democrat Party loathed me because I refused to give her relative a plea deal and put him in prison for a long time. She and a surrogate of the people I was investigating for corruption worked endlessly to get me out of office; however, I outflanked them and did what was necessary to keep the Corruption Probe alive. “Doing what is necessary” reminds me of a 2016 Presidential candidate. Today, the dark money groups only have one thing to attack me on: the fact that I was a Democrat. Let’s talk about that. In 2016, Ted Cruz and Jeb Bush attacked Trump for being a “RINO” and donating money to Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, and Kamala Harris. He did something crazy for a politician. He told the truth! He said that he had donated this money to befriend these politicians and gain access. In 2016, corrupt Republicans and Democrats teamed up to try to defeat me in the 2016 election because they wanted the probe to end. They said that I wasn’t a “real Democrat.” They had plenty of ammunition: I had never endorsed a Democrat before and had not been to a Democrat Party meeting in years. Ironic, isn’t it? After learning that the Chair of the Orangeburg Party and Republicans had two people ready to run against me in the Democrat Primary, I came up with the idea of having a massive oyster roast. That’s why I allowed Hillary Clinton and others to attend my oyster roast in 2016. I didn’t endorse her. I didn’t vote for her. I didn’t campaign for her. And unlike Donald Trump, I certainly didn’t give her any money. I took advantage of the situation to get reelected and continue the Probe. The oyster roast was the biggest event of the primary election cycle, and one of the lawyers my enemies recruited called me the following week to tell me he was not running. Within a few weeks of the event, Chief Mark Keel and I initiated the State Grand Jury Probe, and all hell broke loose. After the Attorney General fired me in March of 2016, I could have walked away and had a much easier life. As my mentor Bart Daniel told me, “going after legislators is not for the faint of heart.” But walking away is not in my DNA so I fought. I sued the Attorney General and the Supreme Court authorized me to continue the investigation with SLED. It is without a doubt the most challenging five years of my career. It makes today’s attacks of desperation by my enemies seem like child’s play. In 2020, I endorsed Joe Biden and said some nice things about him. He also appeared at my oyster roast. It kept me unopposed again. I would have taken an appointment to be Joe Biden’s U.S. Attorney because I wanted to go after corruption. However, I’m not very good at making friends. After Biden won the primary, the campaign asked me to campaign for him across the country. I refused and said that I couldn’t, in good conscience, support a ticket that had a progressive, soft-on- crime prosecutor on it like Kamala Harris. You might be shocked to learn that I didn’t receive the appointment to be US Attorney. My enemies lie and say my nomination was blocked. I was never nominated because I was very unliked by the National Democrat Party. In 2021, I was no longer the Special Prosecutor. While I wanted to go further in the Probe, the Supreme Court told me I couldn’t because I wasn’t the Attorney General. Message received…I am in the process of taking care of that issue. I immediately began the process of speaking to Republican groups all across this state about corruption and the need for judicial reform. As a Democrat, I spoke to close to two dozen Republican groups in Greenville, Pickens, Lexington, Dorchester, Horry, and many more counties. The national Democrat Party told me they would never support me because I was pro-life and pro-capital punishment. The State Democrat Party leadership spent thousands of dark money dollars calling me a “MAGA Democrat.” They criticized my choice to travel the state and talk to conservative groups. I realized one certainty travelling the state: If you want to end the culture of corruption in South Carolina, it is with the GOP. The South Carolina Republican Party might have some corruption with its good ole boy establishment, but the Republican voters are fed up with it. I left the Democrat Party and joined the Republican Party because it was clear that a conservative, tough-on-crime, and pro-life prosecutor was no longer welcome in the Democrat Party. I’m a Republican because I believe that life begins at conception. I’m a Republican because I believe that cop-killers should get the death penalty. I’m a Republican because I support law enforcement, not defunding it. I’m a Republican because the GOP is the only party where my ideas are welcome. These attacks will continue until June 9, 2026. I’m going to be called a RINO and a wolf in sheep’s clothing. “Republican” consultants are going to use donations from the trial lawyers and the special interests to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to get grifters like Laura Loomer to tweet nasty things about me. Why? They know that when I’m elected Attorney General their stranglehold on this state will be over. No more state contracts to political pals. No more lawyer retention agreements for lawyer-legislators. When I’m Attorney General, the party is over for them. The only thing these crooks are right about is this: I am a wolf, and I’m going to hunt down every corrupt politician who has broken our laws across this state. South Carolina belongs to the people, not the special interest and their lackeys in the legislature. On June 9th, let’s take our state back.

For the last 4 years, David Pascoe has spoken to Republican groups across South Carolina on the need for Judicial Reform and ending corruption. Meanwhile, his opponents lawyer legislator Stephen Goldfinch has filled the swamp by voting for liberal DEI judges, and David Stumbo filled his bank account by writing himself checks from an office account. David Pascoe is the ONLY person for the job of Attorney General!

A state senator said he was offered up to $100,000 to vote a certain way. That should have triggered an investigation. Instead, the Senate shut down and moved on like nothing happened. I’ve seen this up close. That is a rigged system. That ends when I become Attorney General

Conservatives across South Carolina are rallying behind our campaign to crush corruption. They've seen through the noise from dark money and the attacks funded by lawyer-legislators and a handful of trial lawyers protecting the status quo. Lawyers who've enriched their wallets at our expense. Those attacks misfired because for nearly five years, l've crisscrossed this state speaking directly to Republican and conservative groups about the urgent need for judicial reform and real accountability. While others stayed silent, I called out the bad actors and corrupt acts Conservative Republicans know who I am. They know my record of putting evil men on death row; convicting corrupt politicians; and getting liberal. judicial candidates defeated. They know it's the most conservative record in this race. The only people rooting against us are those who profit off the system and feed at the taxpayers' expense and on Election Day, South Carolina conservatives are going to send them a clear message: The days of tolerating your corruption are over!

I have reviewed the indictments against the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and commend the DOJ for their investigation. While the SPLC is presumed innocent, there have been many complaints over the years of them unfairly targeting several nonviolent, right-leaning groups (22 in SC alone) and placing them on a list of extremist groups that included the KKK and Neo Nazis. Given the SPLC’s 750-million-dollar endowment, these targeted groups had little recourse to fight back. The fallout was intimidation and reputational harm on a national scale. According to the SPLC’s website they offer training for local law enforcement and K-12 schools. I don’t know how much influence they have had on schools and law enforcement in South Carolina. Rest assured this is something I will investigate as Attorney General.

In my 33 year prosecutorial career, I've put evil men on death row, I've prosecuted corruption at every level of government from the towns to the State House, and I was the first public official calling for judicial reform starting the Republican Party fight to change the way we select our judges. I am proud of the fights I have waged and have the scars to prove it. I am going to bring this same fighter's mentality to the Attorney General's Office. I am going to fight to: lower crime in our state with a policy to end the revolving door of repeat offenders by revoking their bonds; make sure that woke agendas from other states or federal government never encroach on our sovereignty; assist ICE with a plan to keep illegals who commit offenses in jail so ICE has time to decide whether to deport them; and I will fight like hell to protect our children better and end the culture of corruption in South Carolina. We will seek the death penalty on child rapists as other states like Florida is doing. I will have the local solicitor's offices prosecute child pornography cases to increase the conviction rate. I will establish a Public Corruption Unit that will be the most aggressive anticorruption unit in our state's history. Among the things we will do on Day 1 to end the culture of corruption: (1) I will make it impossible for public officials to profit from their position of power; (2) I will fire and ban all lawyer legislators from AG government contracts (I will have more to say about this tomorrow and call people out) (3) The PCU will go through every public official's campaign disclosure report and statement of economic interest because usually the crime is right under our noses such as a public official enriching themselves with an "allowance" from their office bank account; and (4) I will strictly enforce our FOIA and sunshine laws on every government entity to provide transparency. I am not running for Attorney General to make friends. I am running because I am sick of the corruption in our state. The biggest lie about me told by my opponents and dark money spent by a handful of trial lawyers and House caucus led by lawyer legislators is that I am a wolf in sheep's clothing...I am a wolf in wolf's clothing. And they know this about me which is why they are scared. I have more to say so they need to buckle up. #CrushCorruption #PatriotsforPascoe #PascoeWolfPack

I Will Take Down The Columbia Corruption Part 1: The House Republican Caucus Last weekend, a member of the Columbia good ole boy establishment looked me in the eyes and said, "We are coming after you because you are an existential threat to our machine." I appreciate his honesty. It was his honest answer as to the reason I am the most attacked down ballot candidate in anyone's memory. I have been under constant assault over the past six months from anonymous dark money groups and burner accounts on social media. New ones like I am about to discuss seem to appear out of thin air every single day. It’s fake and it’s coordinated. The obvious question is - who is behind it? I'm going to lay it all out in a series of posts, starting today. One of the primary dark money groups driving these attacks is called FactCheckSC. That account didn’t just suddenly appear because of me. It has a history. It was previously used to attack Freedom Caucus members and real conservatives like Joe White and April Cromer - people who have refused to bow down to the House establishment and the trial lawyer uni-party that controls it. Look at the attached examples. The messaging is identical. The targets are the same. Conservatives who challenge the system get attacked. And now that same operation has turned its focus on me. You can see from the digital ad and the mail pieces that FactCheckSC is not some grassroots effort. It is being run out of the Blatt Building by the South Carolina House Republican Caucus. That becomes even more interesting when you realize the same consultant running the House Caucus is also running my opponent Stephen Goldfinch’s campaign. That’s not a coincidence. Goldfinch is a lawyer-legislator. He is part of the same system. Now that system is using its political operation to attack anyone who threatens it. This is how Columbia works. Republicans don’t control the State House. Democrats don’t control it either. The trial lawyer uni-party controls it. They fund candidates in both parties. They influence legislation. They protect their own. They attack anyone who stands in their way. They know exactly who I am. They know what I did during the State House Corruption Probe. They know I am not part of their system, and they know I cannot be controlled. They also know that I am going to ban all lawyer legislators from Attorney General litigation retention agreement contracts where they've collectively made millions of dollars over the last several years alone. MILLIONS in typical uni-party fashion. They literally cannot afford me to be Attorney General. I will have much more to say about this in the coming days. That is why they are coming after me. The use of an account like this, funded and operated by the House Republican Caucus and now possibly aligned with the one of my opponent's campaigns, raises serious legal and ethical questions. Is it an illegal in-kind contribution? Is there coordination with my opponent's political consultant and the dark money? For now, I am concentrating on making the lawyer legislators miserable by winning this election. I will look into the ethic's issues later. Whether anything would even come of it is another question because the House Ethics Committee answers to the same leadership that benefits from this system. It is the fox guarding the hen house. That is the reality in Columbia. People think they understand how bad it is. They don’t. What you are seeing right now is a glimpse behind the curtain. Coordinated attacks. Political operations being used to protect the system and take out anyone who challenges it. I have seen this before. And I’m going to tear it down.
