@Grummz This was pure SquareSoft. Before the Enix merger, it felt like fewer non-dev executives were calling the shots on the games. Creative freedom was on another level back 🤔

What happened to Square-Enix? Everything they used to do was pure gold.
Today? Not so much.

@VividProwess @Shariakill This is what happens when Islamic supremacists become the majority in a US town or city. 🤦♂️

“A wise ruler sees a faction that declares the natives strangers in their own land. Such guests must be caressed if loyal, but crushed if they seek to replace the host. Appear tolerant, yet secure the city’s character before their numbers rewrite its laws and customs. The republic endures only when its founders’ spirit rules.”

She was born in Saudi Arabia to Pakistani parents and moved to New York as an adult.
She says she gets very angry and doesn’t want to see white people sitting on stoops in Brooklyn because they are not real New Yorkers. Any advice for her?

White people should not be allowed to sit on stoops in Bed-Stuy!! @arooj_aftab

@tanpukunokami The sushi at Sukiyabashi Jiro. I’d love to know what makes Jiro Ono-san’s style so special. 🍣 😋

@worldwide_yuya It depends on the type of kiss. In Italy, a hello kiss on the cheek is very common and normal. In America it’s less standard but usually acceptable in social settings. Making out in public, however, is generally seen as inappropriate in both countries.

@hoshizorarock I thought us Americans are only allowed to eat vegetables in Cheese Police jail? 👮♂️ 🧀

@tuuu28283 Bro, Elon dropped a ‘lol’ on your other post. That’s straight-up brag rights 🙃

@ENJU1123PIPI I’m not sure but if I had to guess, the real shinobi probably tried to blend in by looking like peasants or other normal people at the time. It’s my best guess that the black outfit probably came from artistic license, since the identities of the shinobi were mostly unknown.
English

I heard shinobi were a real mix of history and legend. There absolutely were specialists in espionage and sabotage (some of them samurai themselves), and organized traditions like Iga-ryū and Kōka-ryū ninjutsu existed. But the classic all-black outfit, endless shuriken, and ninja-vs-samurai trope is mostly later fiction and movies.

@tuuu28283 Yes. Many families in America have outdoor grills and patio furniture and we enjoy meals outside when the weather is nice. 😎 🍖

@tanpukunokami It’s clever marketing! Making something ‘limited’ really boosts sales. In America, we call this FOMO - Fear Of Missing Out 😂
Japan seems to have perfected it though!
English

Japanese people are too weak against the word “limited.”
Seasonal limited.
Region limited.
Convenience store limited.
Limited flavor.
Limited package.
Limited time only.
Put “limited” on almost anything in Japan,
and suddenly people start thinking,
“Maybe I should buy it now.”
Even if it is just chocolate.
Even if it is just chips.
Even if it is a drink that tastes like some fruit from one small town.
Japan did not invent limited editions.
But Japan turned them into a national weakness.
We know it is marketing.
But “limited time only” still wins.
Every time.

@ShawnRyan762 Islam is a totalitarian political system that includes religious and spiritual elements. Sharia governs everything from prayer to politics, apostasy laws to warfare and no real separation of mosque and state.

Why This Christian Evangelist Believes Islam is the Antichrist
"I think Islam is the Antichrist. I say that confidently and boldly, and I'm not going to shy down from it. I love Muslims as people, but Islam as a religion is a religion of war, a religion of division, a religion of 'if you don't do what I say, you'll be punished for it.' And I don't agree with it."

@tanpukunokami Leftists and Marxists operate with an inverted morality where politics is their religion. Everything is filtered through an oppressor/oppressed lens, so they name-call and label dissenters until they seize power.
English

Why do leftists around the world hate their own countries so much?
They mock their own culture.
They laugh at their own people’s concerns.
And the moment someone tries to protect their country, they call them racist.
Then somehow, they still think they’re the good guys.
So it wasn’t just Japan.
Leftists are an embarrassment everywhere.
