I listen to what he said. It was all absolute falacy. If he want to opose tinubu, he should go straight foward. Not using tinubu to sway emotions so he can justify somw bad behavior online. I dont think i have seen anyone who has ever been convicted because they critisised nigerian government or run some misinformation agenda on the government. But that dosent give you liberty to start using same template for private citizens then claiming that the state is after you when you are being held acountable for your actions.

It is not only cybercrime... medical data is highly personal and releasing it without patients consent is in violation of HIPPA. Over 80% of things on social media are fake or driven by one hate or the other and it is essential to ensure that social media space is safe for everyone.

I noticed that most of the accounts protesting against the defamatory sentence have common look and feel of the account that was sentenced They are scared, Business is not going well, some are even paid actors by bigger accounts, so no more daily operational 2k. Poor mindset.

To people supporting this disproportionate punishment, I hope you won't cry foul when the Abuja Hitler (famous for his relationship with judges) bundles you like a goat for saying disparaging things about his sons. The crime should always fit the punishment. Samuel's offence is at worst a 3 month jail term. OR even better, A 250k fine + 1 month of community service cleaning gutters in Kano +A mandatory 3 month civil course for him to realize the error of his ways. Torh.
