Lying in court is perjury so Trump is on dangerous ground when he testifies today. Losing control or confusing facts will also hurt his case -- abd his campaign.

If you’re this afraid to acknowledge such a plain truth, you don’t deserve to be taken seriously on anything else.

Judge Engoron is the finder of fact. So HE will decide the credibility of witnesses, among other important issues.
If these two blockheads think they can snow Engoron, they’re in for a rude awakening…

Don Jr and Eric distance themselves from the Trump financial statements, found by Judge Engoron to be fraudulent. But as officers of the company, that is just not a "defense" to operating a company engaged in fraud (which is what the judge already found).

That, of course, is ridiculous. Management representation letters are called management representation letters for a reason: They contain representations made 𝙗𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 and it’s the 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨 who are entitled to rely upon them. 🙄
