Shocking service fraud by @KentROSystems! Case #260618-05062 registered on 18/06. It took 3 weeks just to assign a technician on 12/07. Then, at 1:57 AM on 13/07, the ticket was marked "Closed" without anyone visiting or resolving the issue.
