EA have been slowly "nerfing" TOTY and TOTS for years. In the past, people would take big breaks from the game, and only come back for 'marquee' promos, EA have been trying to keep promos relatively similar, to keep level spending throughout the year & keep as many active players as possible. It's disappointing, but the new normal is TOTS being 'big' but not 'huge', the same for TOTY. They want to avoid 'end game' cards until the literal end of the cycle. And by giving just one 4PS+ card per team, they can bring out more in a couple months for the World cup and they'll be desirable still.

I'm genuinely scratching my head at where to go with the RTG content. Like, nothing is engaging to present to a viewer. Aside from evos, nothing is meaningful in FC26. Max Chem game mode still doesn't track goals and assists, not that that would magically make the game engaging mind you. EA better have something planned for TOTS / World Cup / FC27, because this game is on it's last legs, for me, at least.

I went 21-3 in the Silver Cup, which was sick. In my last game, I gave the guy a goal and put my pad down. He starts scoring as many as he can. I hold the ball to let him know he can have the win, he chases me down, gets the ball back then holds it himself forcing me to chase him. I assume he's happy to just stop the game here, but when I pad down again he starts scoring again while I'm not playing. So bizarre!
