समय पर DPC न करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने की जगह @cbic_india, एम्पलाइज को उनके समय पर पदोन्नति के अधिकार से वंचित कर रही है। इससे OTR से अलग-अलग जगह, अलग अलग डेट से पदोन्नति दी गई है। इस विसंगति से कोर्ट केस बढ़ेंगे, कृपया ध्यान दें। @nsitharaman @mppchaudhary @FinMinIndia

Respected @dghrd_cbic officials, It is our earnest request to fast-track the process of OTR in Inspector RR. A fortnight is already over since @cbic_india Board had requested to furnish the data. The OTR will result in thousands of promotions and filling up of vacancies.

#DopT के पश्चात #UPSC को फाइल भेजी गई थी। वहां से मंजूरी मिल गई है। CCA को यह अधिकार मिल गया कि CBIC कार्मिक ने 10 की बजाए, अगर 6 साल का सेवाकाल पूरा किया है तो उसे पदोन्नति दी जा सकती है। अब विभाग ने 'सीनियर जूनियर क्लॉज' का पंगा फंसा दिया। 5 माह में इसका अध्ययन पूरा नहीं हो सका

#CBIC में पहली पदोन्नति 10 साल में मिल रही है। भर्ती नियम तय करते समय शेयर होल्डर के सुझावों को नहीं माना गया। नए भर्ती नियमों में न केवल पदोन्नति का समय बड़ा कर 10 साल कर दिया, बल्कि 'एक्जीक्यूटिव असिस्टेंट' के पद पर सीधी भर्ती करने की बात कह दी गई। -@AICESTMOA_CBIC

@cbic_india Sr Jr Clause along with OTR is under examination since 25.01.2023 while OTR was issued on 29.12.22. Please expedite, as this’s already a well examined (by courts as well) clause and UPSC already accorded its appl with OTR. Please help us🙏

माननीय @mppchaudhary जी, आपके आदेशानुसार शुरू हुये OTR के प्रपोजल को आप अंतिम अनुमोदन कर @cbic_india में तुरंत लागू करवायें, इससे लगभग 2500 नये रोजगार सृजित होंगे जो कि माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी द्वारा चलाये गये रोजगार मेला मिशन को सफल बनायेगा।
