@ZARA_Care I’ve been on chat twice&no one can give me an answer, an incorrect item has been sent out to me so I’d like a replacement but I’m being charged to send back the incorrect item? Surely that’s not right? You also won’t let me know about the replacement for 1-2 days?

@virginmedia No, still dipping in and out, it’s has to be a fault with Virgin considering it’s happening and both homes. So unreliable.

@virginmedia what is going on with your connection? It has been shocking for months but the past 4ks it’s been so unreliable. I even tried my parents connection &that also dips in and out! Why am I paying for this rubbish? Please can someone get in touch to sort this issue ASAP

So this week has not gone as expected. 😞 Slipped & fell HARD on Tuesday morning. Broke my hip so had surgery yesterday to put 4 pins in. Rehab starts now. Determined to be 100% ASAP. ❤️👊🏻

@SkyHelpTeam is there an issue with Sky? My SkyQ box fails to connect and when it does eventually after switching everything off at the wall, it pauses or distorts/pixelates, failed to record last night.. by the looks of it on here.. I’m not the only one.

Deep in thought tonight… and wondering if it’s even possible to get over the loss of your mother? I don’t believe you can ever get over the loss of a parent at a young age.. it astounds me at how many of my friends have lost theirs too 💔.. I wish I could turn back time 💔
