Can confirm via datamined information, the Hand Cannon is a 100% drop rate item via the opening of the Bounty Pack Mission. It also drops from the final boss at a normal rate, but... Just do the opening of the mission over and over again lol

Not sure if this works on both versions but I play on enhanced when I play bl1

A lot of #Borderlands4 players are dipping until the level cap increase. I saw this comment on a recent video and thought it was a brilliant idea and a bit of fan service. Would love for @grantkao or @ProdigyXL or even @DuvalMagic to chime in with thoughts on this
