DTR 17 BSC sharpshooter Alec Elkins (5’11 2027 Lucy Beckham HS, SC) was a standout during session 1 and he’s back at it today. A lethal catch and shoot threat from deep with a quick release who also does a nice job using shot and pass fakes to freeze defenders ahead of the jumper or a string drive to the rim. He hits the step back jumper as well. Attacks space using his strong frame to finish against contact around the basket. Alex had a career best 47 points in an April game!
