@mcagney @rule_of_law_guy @pulte I am a Realtor in Las Vegas & these antiquated processes are literally just the tip of the iceberg. My clients already have trouble obtaining financing & stomaching the upfront and residual cost of a mortgage. Everything from FHA funding fee, PMI, loan/title, eventual refi, etc

I moved to Summerlin (Las Vegas). I'm really liking it so far. My dog, Clifford, really enjoys hiking in Red Rock - he's close to catching a rabbit out there. I need recommendations on a.) best pizza (NY or Detroit/Sicilian), b.) best bar I can take Clifford, c.) best restaurant (that I can take Clifford to or not). Please keep it to Summerlin for now - I know about Red Dwarf but don't want to drive that far (yet), for example. FYI - I've been to Lazy Dog, so no need to recommend that. When Clifford and I find a good spot for a beer we'll host another AMA. Thanks!

CENTCOM Update TAMPA, Fla. – As of 9:30 am ET, March 1, three U.S. service members have been killed in action and five are seriously wounded as part of Operation Epic Fury. Several others sustained minor shrapnel injuries and concussions — and are in the process of being returned to duty. Major combat operations continue and our response effort is ongoing. The situation is fluid, so out of respect for the families, we will withhold additional information, including the identities of our fallen warriors, until 24 hours after next of kin have been notified.

@VoltaireVegas bought my fiancé tickets to @HilaryDuff & the venue won’t let us in because we didn’t buy the ticket directly from the venue. There are about 200 other fans standing outside who bought tickets on @StubHub @VividSeats @axs etc. We didn’t do anything wrong. #FREEUS
