I can't wait till his name stops coming up in the same sentence as Ole Miss. He bit the hand that pulled him from the gutter. I can't think of a bigger shit hole city than Baton Rouge to throw the trash. It doesn't matter how successful LSU becomes. It will never be about the players or the school with him around. He left for money of all things. Gross.

I agree w McAfee & kind of thought it'd be nice to see Kiffin's arc be redemptive. Saban's take—building a program is sometimes more fun than living at the top, so people jump to the new— is fine for Saban bc he GOT to the top of the mountain. Lane didn't. He quit on summit day.

Rex Ryan really sat there and defended Lane Kiffin and in the same breath criticized college players for leveraging similar opportunities. Lane Kiffin has done this multiple times. Brian Kelly and another coaches have done it, too. They were doing this before NIL ever came into play. Thee hypocrisy.

I’m just a “poor country lawyer” but how is what Kiffin (& by extension LSU doing) not intentional interference with business contract(s), including the NIL contracts with the players, and contracts w/support staff?
Esp w/ him trying to burn the program down b4 playoffs?
