@Lemonade_Inc, I'm leaving @MetroMile. My claims adjuster vanished from the company mid-claim, and nobody at the company has been able to help. The company seems a mess.
Has anyone seen claims go downhill at @Metromile after @Lemonade_Inc bought them last year? I've been insured with lots of companies over decades but never had a nightmare like this getting an insurance claim reimbursed with @Metromile. @MetromileHelp has been useless.
@MetromileHelp, Katrina Martinez, a MetroMile employee, promised in writing before my claim began:
"There is only 1 deductible of $250 due. The supplements that come in, will be paid in full." Since then, it's been six months of changing stories, and denial with no reimbursement.
@Metromile, why won't you honor your written commitment to pay a claim that you approved? It's been six months of runaround as the first agent vanished from the company without word and stonewalling since then with no resolution in sight. Is anyone else getting this treatment?
