Has anyone seen claims go downhill at @Metromile after @Lemonade_Inc bought them last year? I've been insured with lots of companies over decades but never had a nightmare like this getting an insurance claim reimbursed with @Metromile. @MetromileHelp has been useless.

@carrieinparadi1 If the Metromile Pulse device is plugged into the OBD-2 port, it should be able to provide the most recent location (if the Location Services setting hasn’t been turned off). The Metromile Dashboard should also show its last registered location, which may help law enforcement!
