Anecdotally, I've experienced some issues with chronic pain and hyperemia with penoscrotal. Not sure if this is due to just prolonged priapism or change in approach.

Further evidence that "simple" or "benign" cystectomy is neither, especially in setting of fistula after radiotherapy. Mean time from prostate radiation to injury presentation...8 years. Glad to see increasing focus on Pr Ca survivorship. @SocietyGURS @ASTRO_org
