I would argue that their messaging has been pretty consistent. Remove nuclear period. Open straight. Defer and limit missile capability. Don’t give money to terrorists. The plan to get there also seems clear. Sustained pressure till Iran capitulates, or they’ve blown up enough to have objectively achieved their goals through force.
