@AdventHealth Some of your pages giving 404 and I suspect it's the "MyCharts" module. Right here: account.adventhealth.com/MyChartPRDData… It's constantly giving 404's and has so, that I noticed, for a week. It seems to be in the Single Sign On handoff. Am I the only one?

I hate the term prompt engineer - it’s a fad

Hot take: Most AI startups should fire their prompt engineers. In production, reliability comes from evals, data pipelines, and model routing, not clever prompts. I learned this after watching hand-tuned prompts collapse the second user behavior changed.

I just learned a new word today, "agentic", as in agentic AI. As in having to do with AI agents.

@ShaneRobinett You certainly have a point there. It's like the idea of who holds the tech debt. In the gaming world, there are games that are heavy on the server side, games, heavy on the client side.

The state of modern web development: npm install takes longer than actual compilation, Docker containers are measured in gigabytes, and "lightweight" frameworks ship with more dependencies than entire operating systems used to have. We optimized for developer experience and forgot about everything else.
