@kompromatfinder @BBCWorld Flying St. George flag instead of the flag of a foreign country, the horror!!
English

@BBCWorld Their Supporters are so backward that the thought of being a Patriot and supporting an army fighting our 200year old enemy at the same time would blow their tiny minds.

@_rotimia I know it's not her and you're putting a target on someone you don't know. You are literally spouting inaccurate facts.

I was curious who this was and she’s an extremely wealthy Grammy-winning artist. It’s always amazing to me how wealthy gentrifying elites constantly try to slice ordinary people apart by race instead of just accepting that cities are shared spaces meant for everyone.

White people should not be allowed to sit on stoops in Bed-Stuy!! @arooj_aftab

@EnesDemir035 @sharghzadeh Yeah but I'm civilized and also aware of the fact that "don't bring the same things here that made you run away from your "BROWN" country"
English

@Kevin_Red10 @sharghzadeh My brother you are brown, not just because you are brown nosing the whites
English

Your world class city has feces on every sidewalk and maniacs lording over the streets and subways.
The Turks had an six-century empire that ruled three continents. America is already falling apart at 250.
Will Sexton@vrilliumlive
Reminder that the Turks took a world class city, did nothing with it for 500 years, and now it’s a shithole they’re all trying to move out of.
English

@sharghzadeh @EnesDemir035 Third worlders and their political enablers in power made the US cities into third world places
English

@EnesDemir035 Exactly. Only a good Orthobrainwashing can make you think otherwise.

@earthexperience @Gonzalez4NY @nycDSA Her viewpoint shows that she's probably had bad teachers throughout her life
English

@Gonzalez4NY @nycDSA How about holding the teachers accountable for student performance? How about Merit pay? 70,000 NYC kids can’t read at grade level. Are you saying that will change with more $? Then contractualize that. Or are you saying NYC kids are stupid?
English

My mom is a teacher in queens, can confirm.
That’s why I’ve been working with @nycdsa to tax 👏the👏rich!
Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani@NYCMayor
I know a few teachers in Queens who would beg to differ.

@PhilaParking @JacobPritchett My car was towed to an impound yard and I was made to pay for the towing and parking ticket because 1/4 of my car was beyond the "No Parking" sign post. May be you can refund me the money perhaps?
English

@JacobPritchett Good morning. Can you confirm the date and time this occurred?
English

@ZaidJilani I don't know what you think would happen if armed thugs with guns try to attack an armed kid with a rifle. A bit of a distasteful situation here but if you fuck around, you'll somehow find out

@ZaidJilani Witness here. “Poor” would be an understatement. At this point “intentionally libelous” would be more accurate.

@_M_Mountain_ If you think Europe did anything for Armenia and they're currently supporting Armenia due to positive reasons, I have about 50 F-35 jets to sell to you for free
English

This is a great point. Armenia’s alliance was with Russia, not with Europe. Yet despite having no obligations toward Armenia, Europe ultimately did more for Armenia than our official ally Russia did.
Armenia was a member of the CSTO, and beyond that, Russia had separate bilateral defense obligations toward Armenia. Europe had no such commitments whatsoever.
Yet when the critical moment came - when Azerbaijan attacked not only Karabakh/Artsakh, but internationally recognized territory of Armenia itself - Russia did nothing. Worse, it would not even clearly acknowledge Armenia’s borders. In practice, it abandoned every obligation it had committed to.
Meanwhile, Europe - despite having no defense treaty or formal alliance with Armenia - ended up doing more for Armenia than Russia did. That should not be forgotten.
When Azerbaijani forces were advancing into Armenian territory, Russia remained silent, while European officials were publicly raising alarms and increasing pressure on Azerbaijan to pull back. The EU monitoring mission was established, and after its deployment, Azerbaijani attacks decreased significantly - not gone completely, but reduced significantly. Aliyev himself complained that European leaders constantly warned him against aggression towards Armenia every time he went to Europe. These things matter.
Europe is still not Armenia’s formal ally, and its relationship with Armenia is nowhere near the level of military and security integration Armenia once had with Russia. But despite that, Europe provided more tangible political support and deterrence than Armenia’s supposed “ally” Russia ever did.
That reality should not be ignored or forgotten.
🍬֍@Haybaji
When Europe “doesn’t defend Armenia” the way “we want” Putin’s puppets get upset. The Europe we never were as close to as so-called ally Russia. But when that “ally” throws Armenia in the mud they have the world’s excuses already written down. Beyond pathetic.

@AthenaK11374912 @Acyn She should go back to what she's good at; throwing boiled potatoes at her husband

@Murat_Temur_80 @IhabHassane Stop occupying and stealing Armenian lands so you wouldn't run into random churches
English

@IhabHassane This church is a structure that represents the occupation by Armenian invaders, whose construction began in 2006 and was opened in 2019.

@willjciolino @baroqueobama87 @ArbitraryTakes @GovSherrillNJ Wasn't that agreed beforehand? If that was not possible, they could have backed out from hosting the game right? I remember free transportation for fans for Qatar world cup (if it's not clear, I'm not asking to do the same though)
English

@Kevin_Red10 @baroqueobama87 @ArbitraryTakes @GovSherrillNJ The question you have to prove against my argument is, why should I - a state resident not going to the games - have to support a surge in the system with my tax dollars? If you’re going to the game, you should be factoring travel expenses into your budget.
English

New Jersey is ready and excited to host eight FIFA World Cup matches this summer – including the World Cup Final.
Since I took office, my Administration has been working to prepare for the biggest sporting event our state has ever seen – and today, NJ TRANSIT released their Mobility Plan to move 40,000 fans to and from each match safely and efficiently.
In the FIFA World Cup agreement that my Administration inherited, FIFA put zero dollars towards transporting World Cup fans. It also eliminated parking at MetLife Stadium, putting the burden of transporting four times more matchday riders than typical for an event at the stadium on NJ TRANSIT.
This agreement will cost NJ TRANSIT at least $48 million, while FIFA is positioned to make $11 billion during the World Cup.
As I have said repeatedly, FIFA should cover the cost of transporting its fans. If it won’t, we will not be subsidizing World Cup ticket holders on the backs of New Jerseyans who rely on NJ TRANSIT every day.
English

@luizpaula24 @willjciolino @GovSherrillNJ It's day light robbery and I'm surprised that people are painting it with terms like "surge pricing"
English

@willjciolino @Kevin_Red10 @GovSherrillNJ Well the difference is by how much they're increasing the price. I could totally understand them increasing to 20 or even 30 beans, but going to 100 or even 150 from what im seeing is insane.
English

@willjciolino @baroqueobama87 @ArbitraryTakes @GovSherrillNJ So these bureaucrats who pose themselves as "for the people" will rip every possible penny out of common man's pocket whenever they get a chance to?
English

@baroqueobama87 @Kevin_Red10 @ArbitraryTakes @GovSherrillNJ Surge pricing. It’s literally that simple
English

@willjciolino @ArbitraryTakes @GovSherrillNJ Why don't they keep in place the regular rate instead of hiking it for the fans?
English

@Kevin_Red10 @ArbitraryTakes @GovSherrillNJ ??
Someone has to pay for services. It’s either
a) FIFA, which wouldn’t make any sense
b) NJ resident tax payers, who your ilk seemingly want to support you
c) game attendees who are using this service
It’s really not a difficult concept to understand
English

@willjciolino @ArbitraryTakes @GovSherrillNJ Fans also include "Americans". Not sure what your point is. The previous agreement with FIFA had the transportation covered
English

@willjciolino @GovSherrillNJ Who's losing in this stupid political fights? It's the people! Non sensical decisions like this and including the congestion pricing are ridiculous policies mainly instilled by democratic politicians
English

@GovSherrillNJ This is ultimately a winning strategy for NJ. I don’t care for whining New Yorkers when they consistently shit on residents of our state at every chance they can.
To me it’s karma for the extra tolls they taxed NJ residents with for driving in the city. Oh well
English

@Samsonthegoat25 @vahphor 0 sympathy for him since he's the one who cheated on her despite having kids with her
English

@Jeff118485 @ClownWorld Never bad mouth ex for reasons like being annoying, usable to shut up, etc. Cheating is an exception by default and the kids should know that
