@CitizensAdvice good morning. @currys out of warranty team agreed to pay a credit voucher for a faulty tv that I bought. They said it’d take 7-10 working days (2 wks) It’s now been 5 weeks. I’ve emailed and not had a reply, been to the store and no help. Anything else I can do?

@currys absolutely terrible and disgraceful customer service from currys. They reply to your posts on here to make it look to others followers like they’re helping. Instead they actually don’t and don’t give a 💩

@currys really bad service. Waiting for a store credit voucher due to a faulty tv I bought. Apparently 7-10 working days in the post. Am currently on working day 16 and still not arrived. Experience with them is getting worse. Certainly won’t be recommending them anymore.

@CitizensAdvice hi. I bought a tv with 2 year warranty. 2yrs and 4 weeks later the tv stopped working and @hisense @currys won’t budge on the 2 yr warranty. Please help. Is there anything you could advise me on? Thanks in advance

@currys @CurrysServices AVOID buting from currys. They do not do what they say they will and I am now left without a receipt that should have been sent to me 2 weeks ago in order to return an item. I cannot return without the receipt and someone in the back office has messed up!

@KateGee85 @currys @CurrysServices If you bought anything in store then it will be pointless replying to their DM because they cannot access the store details. I’m feeling the same as you with a tv I bought that’s suddenly not working, currys are not the respected company they used to be.

@currys So I sent you details. And you’ve said exactly the same as the last person. So why ask for the DM just to tell me the same thing. Or is it to make curry’s look like on social media that they’re helping. Because they’re not helpful at all.

Hi @MartinSLewis I can’t remember what you’ve said about consumer rights and faulty goods. I bought a tv from @currys Nov 22. Last night is stopped working (2yrs + 1 m old). I didn’t take extra warrenty. Can you advise what right I have if any? Many thanks. And merry Christmas

@currys @HisenseGlobal I have already sent a dm with my details. I’ve spoken to @HisenseUK & @currys and neither will help because of the 4 weeks out of warranty. It’s like the tv is programmed to go wrong just after 2 yrs. like a mobile phone will always go wrong after you’ve made your last payment

@HisenseGlobal i pressed Netflix on the controller. The screen went black and stayed black. I pressed the power on controller nothing, pressed again and red light flashed. Tried unplugging and pressing power button for 60 seconds. Power light flashes 3 times then stops. Pls help

@HMRCcustomers Then I’ll have to write to them. Because noone on the phone seems to be able to help. Only issue is, if the letter is real, it’s asking me to give details of my salaries by 25 October which isn’t much time.
