Unbelievable I stopped at @waitrose Keele Services M6 Southbound to see if they could personally deal with my complaint, message relayed to manager who was on a break and I would have to wait 20 mins 🙄 am I missing something here in good customer relations #CustomerService

@waitrose I'm so disappointed from recent purchases at @waitrose Keele services M6 Southbound - I spend a fortune here every week as a Trucker - The melon on several occasions has gone off - discovered having left services, was well in date every occasion

Exactly, absolutely disgraceful customer care -paid for Tui Blue Cape verde and as a Vegan expecting a level of knowledge from staff , Vegan Paella had meat in, Seafood soup labelled Vegan, cheese on vegan pizza and I was given chicken in a vegetable curry- awaiting apology

Imagine booking a holiday which offers vegan options at restaurant. Reality ... Seafood Soup labelled vegan- Vegan Paella had meat in, cheese on vegan pizza- morning oats said vegan (Dairy Yoghurt) given Garlic bread ( Dairy butter) but the worse chicken in my vegetable curry 🤬
