@Christy4Change If you zoom in it says please remove and says something about snow removal. So is it "end of driveway" or are they on the road? Comparison of a basketball net (probably on the road) when we already had snow to a shelter for a homeless person...... this is news?

Some residents in Scarborough Ontario got a notice from the City of Toronto telling them they need to remove their basketball/hockey nets from the end of their driveways.
The government is impeding on where you can have things on your own property.
The city had no comment.

If the program was for all kids, there wouldn't be any stigmatization.
I have lived in France and the program is available to everyone. The schools were also built to accommodate such programs, unlike most Canadian schools.
With that said, I believe that the Federal government is vastly underestimating the cost and complexity of the program.

Why not give the parents of the families the $800 a year instead. The school lunch program stigmatizes these children and humiliates the parents.
If the @liberal_party government hadn't destroyed our economy over the past decade, we wouldn't have this problem.
