Lo que tenemos que exigir a Sony desde ahora mismo: 1️⃣ Disculpas en directo de los responsables y la dimisión de su dirección actual. 2️⃣ Elección de una dirección competente que se comprometa bajo estatuto a dirigir la empresa en pro de su avance económico sin obviar en los intereses de sus usuarios. 3️⃣ Un cambio de rumbo en la empresa hacia un modelo más humano y cercano con sus fans, así como lo han sido hasta ahora sus filiales. 4️⃣ Cláusulas que aseguren la restitución total del formato físico y lo blinden, no un formato entre medias ni algo que poco a poco nos empuje hacia su desaparición. Restitución y afianzación del físico y la promesa de nunca más tratar de quitarnos el formato con el que nacieron, con el que millones disfrutamos hoy en día y con el que les hicimos la empresa que llegaron a ser. 5️⃣ Cláusulas que garanticen el bienestar del mercado físico y no solo se hagan juegos, si no que las cajas lleven de nuevo más que un CD, lleguen suficientes existencias y el mercado físico en general prolifere bajo su yugo. 6️⃣ Cláusulas que nos protejan como consumidores y nuestros derechos. Que aseguren que los juegos, tanto físicos como digitales, serán nuestros permanentemente, sin licencias con fecha de caducidad ni condiciones secundarias. 7️⃣ Y por último, cláusulas que blinden los intereses de sus filiales y la integridad de sus trabajadores alrededor del mundo. Que especifiquen que el mercado físico cimienta esta industria y no puede ser un margen del que disponer nunca más. Os lo voy a decir claro. Sony ha sido arrogante y nos ha faltado al respeto. Ha cruzado líneas que una empresa que ofrece un servicio y se debe a su público JAMÁS debe cruzar con sus prácticas y eso no podemos permitirlo, perdonarlo ni hacer como si nada hubiese pasado. ➡️ Cada persona que trata este tema con indiferencia es una victoria para ellos, cada persona que se conforma o se cansa a los pocos días es una victoria para ellos, cada persona que acepte lo primero que digan cuando salgan a la palestra, será una victoria para ellos. 💪🏼 Tened valor para luchar por un mercado que os respete y que os dé estas condiciones, condiciones justas, y NUNCA os conforméis con menos. Como consumidores tenemos TODO el poder de decidir, no dejéis que nadie os mienta en la cara ni trate de manipularos para poco a poco privaros de vuestros derechos y encima zafarse de toda responsabilidad moral, económica y social. Sigamos luchando juntos. Compartid el post con todos y pidamos juntos la restitución de un Sony que no nos avergüence y vaya de la mano con nosotros, no uno tan asqueroso y ruin como el que estamos viendo. There are opportunities that can change everything. Paths that open up, waiting for the bold to take them. @asha_shar, you have the chance to make video game history. To make @xbox more popular than ever. You will NEVER have a better chance to wipe away years of bad decisions and become the leader. To pull off this masterstroke: - Announce a disc drive for Helix. - Announce a return to video game retail shelves worldwide. - Announce high-quality physical versions: complete games, spanning multiple discs if necessary. - Announce the removal of all internet-related restrictions: no mandatory console activation or online user accounts (just like in the good old days of the Xbox 360). Gamers value their freedom. Even though many resign themselves to these restrictions, deep down they realize they’ve gained nothing from being forced to create online accounts or download parts of their supposedly physical games. Ultimately, opening up to the widest possible audience and ditching unnecessary restrictions will make you incredibly popular, even among those who primarily consume digital content. You will earn the trust of all gamers by projecting an image that is more open and respects game preservation. I’m a fan of many PlayStation franchises (Spider-Man, Astro Bot, Uncharted, The Last of Us, God of War...), yet I’d be willing to give them up ENTIRELY for a manufacturer that respects me. And guess what? I think there are millions of us who feel the same way. After all, you have great franchises too. And developers worldwide would naturally be driven to create amazing games, fueled by this virtuous cycle. You won't get another chance like this. Think it over carefully.
