The EFF’s relationship with the law is interesting. When outcomes favour them, institutions and the courts are credible. The moment the law doesn’t favour their leader, suddenly the same institutions become agents of racism.

And who did that? I don’t know or ever heard EFF threatening Judge or even threatening to overturn Judicial system. I can’t say the same about MKP and JZ because it’s in their constitution that the Judicial System should be changed. As for AfriForum, the went to Europe and America after their loss, the rest is history.

The reason why EFF went to Court was because the former Chief Justice, a former ConCourt Judge and a Senior Counsel found a Prima-Facie evidence of wrongdoing which required further scrutiny from Parliament impeachment committee which Ramaphosa and his cronies blocked because he knows the truth. It doesn’t matter what the Judgment yesterday was about. The context is the truth that was suppressed by the majority which is about to come out now that the Judgment said go probe further.

EFF was fooled by Malema yesterday. What the constitutional court actually said was that parliament didn’t follow the correct process when it dealt with Phalaphala matter. It was never about if Ramaphosa is guilty or not guilty.

How do you know the money was not stolen? How do you know that the money was given by big pharmaceutical companies to ensure he buys the idea of lockdowns that cost people so much? How do you know that the wasn’t to ensure SA is not industrialised and continue being consumers instead of being producers?

Y'all are gonna hate me for this, I know, but it's kinda feels like the whole Phala Phala thing is a distraction... The EFF and ATM trying to get Cyril Ramaphosa impeached in an election year? And what's the DA gonna do when it comes to a vote given the GNU? Watch 👇🏾

Justice Kollapen says Majiedt (who penned the 3rd judgment) is more wild & senseless in his judgment Kollapen says if things were to go according to Majiedt, the National Assembly (NA) must have no powers at all to question the s89 Panel report, regardless of its legal flaws The s89 Panel is appointed by NA. Once it makes a report, positive or negative, legally bad or not, the NA must just blindly accept it, according to Majiedt Kollapen says this makes a mockery of Parliament. Majiedt demands that Parliament outsource its own powers to a Panel of unelected private citizens. Kollapen disagrees with this way of reasoning. [Paras 296 - 300]

Justice Kollapen says it is wrong to demonize voters for choosing the ANC in their majority [paras 195-196]. Taking powers away from MPs because they have the majority in Parliament is wrong. Maya got it completely wrong #PhalaPhala

ActionSA has fought for justice for Phala Phala for years, from unsealing IPID’s report to sending the S89 report back to Parliament. Today’s ConCourt ruling is a victory for accountability and for the South African people.

Tell me why Julius Malema was promising the Sindiso Magaqa family that he will never rest until the justice is served for Magaqa, then jiki jiki last night he’s protecting Fadiel Adams who’s implicated in the same Sindiso’s death? Make it make sense

@mla4zo Malema can't travel to Eswatini or Zimbabwe. At some point, he was banned from Botswana. He hasn't been to Lesotho. He hardly get invites from African countries. The only people who love Malema are illegal kwerekweres and delusional fighters.
