@MTNzaService Hi It's been over a month since i called in reporting the poor coverage around the Monavoni area in Centurion. A technnician was deployed and he confirmed that there is poor coverage. Seeing as i have a data contract and I'm unable to use the internet can i cancel?

@SamsungCareSA Im being told that my device will be couriered elsewhere and they dont know when it will be couriered or even how long it will take to be fixed, how many months does it take for a cellphone at samsung to be fixed? The maximum period of 21 days has been exceeded already.

@SamsungCareSA The service centre at the grove mall has had my device for a month now, ive called every second day requesting an update for my device and it was the same feedback everyday "we are waiting for parts" yesterday your VOC department tells me that i must take my device elsewhere.
