@Dischem The message you have sent me does not assist with anything at this point. The only contact was with the same people in the store who created this mess and still inform me that I will be refunded in 14 days.

It's been over a month since i called in reporting the poor coverage around the Monavoni area in Centurion. A technnician was deployed and he confirmed that there is poor coverage. Seeing as i have a data contract and I'm unable to use the internet can i cancel?
@Samsung What's the use while Samsung service centres in Pretoria are unable to repair a device running on a 7 series processor? How are you gonna repair devices running on 9 series processors?

Since all platforms related to samsung are refusing to give me updates may you then give me alternatives to how i can get my device repaired? I am tired of calling the VOC department and your service centres. The service i get is awful.

@SamsungCareSA Im being told that my device will be couriered elsewhere and they dont know when it will be couriered or even how long it will take to be fixed, how many months does it take for a cellphone at samsung to be fixed? The maximum period of 21 days has been exceeded already.
@SamsungCareSA The service centre at the grove mall has had my device for a month now, ive called every second day requesting an update for my device and it was the same feedback everyday "we are waiting for parts" yesterday your VOC department tells me that i must take my device elsewhere.
