After over a decade of loyalty, it is appalling to see Airtel’s customer service descend into such utter incompetence. What should have been a routine Postpaid-to-Prepaid conversion has turned into a 12-day saga of failure.
The Facts:
April 11: Request initiated. I was told to clear my balance immediately for the transition. I complied instantly.
The Delay: Since then, you have repeatedly pushed the fulfillment date further back. Today is April 23, and there is still no resolution.
The Damage: In your failure to execute a simple request, you have unbundled my services and stripped me of my Airtel Black status - effectively penalizing me for your own internal delays.
I manage Fiber, multiple postpaid lines for my family, and prepaid services through Airtel. Yet, despite my significant footprint of services, your support is non-existent and your IVR is a dead end.

I am tired of automated excuses and shifting deadlines. I want a human being to take accountability, re-bundle my plan and finalize this conversion today. Is there anyone at Airtel actually capable of doing their job?
