A quick scan of the replies under this demonstrates part of the problem I sought to highlight, namely the extent of the deeply embedded nationalist supremacist mindset which cannot and does not countenance any dissident from their chosen cultural manifestations.

They took the future these men represented and replaced it with regimes that served the extraction. And then they looked at what remained and called it proof that Africa could not govern itself.

Ulster Uni alumnus here, As a student, a witnessed many students in 1916 Easter Rising commemorative GAA tops, Celtic/ROI football shorts. You know what I never saw? A single Rangers shirt.
