At the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends. If you see injustice and you keep quiet about it you’re a betrayer.

Criticizing the @rpfinkotanyi regime is not the same as denying the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi or genocide ideology. In fact, some of the most rigorous documentation of genocide crimes including RPF / RPA crimes during the same period comes from human rights organizations and journalists who are deeply committed to justice for survivors. So, @DrDamascene should know that the instumentalisation of genocide memory to silence political criticism is itself a form of disrespect to what survivors went through. #Kwibuka32

UPDATE: Himbara David has spent 4 months in the hospital, where he has been in critical condition suffering from lung cancer. While he is hospitalized, no one visits him, especially since even his own family has rejected him, and none of those he worked with in the so-called "opposition, to the government of Rwanda come to see him either. No one betrays Rwanda and finds peace.

“In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies, but the silence of our friends.” — Dr Martin Luther King Jr Rwandans, we must fight injustice and stand for freedom. In a country where the median monthly paid income is only 26,000 RWF, destroying someone’s 70 million RWF investment is not just a loss — it is economic devastation. That amount equals about 224 years of median monthly income. And when that investment was creating jobs and serving the community, the damage does not stop with one person. It falls on workers, families, and every life connected to that project. This is why silence is dangerous. Three days ago they destroyed three rural areas (Rusororo, Kimihurura, and Gahanga) and as I am writing this, they are still sleeping outside and in bushes, including the woman who is pregnant and has a little kid; Today it is DC Clement. Tomorrow it could be you or me. If this can happen to someone known by the public, imagine what is happening to those with no name, no audience, and no protection. “As long as poverty, injustice and gross inequality persist in our world, none of us can truly rest.” — Nelson Mandela Stand up. Speak out. Fight injustice. Defend freedom. Defend the right of Rwandans to build, work, invest, create jobs, and live with dignity. #JusticeForDCClement #FightInjustice #DefendFreedom #Rwanda

Always the truth shall prevail thank you Victoire Ingabire. The can torture you even they can kill but but you message will never die!!!
U.Sheila C kamuzinzi 🇷🇼🇸🇬@sheilakamuzinzi

If the word 'freedom' is not something you are prepared to die for, then take it out of your mouth." Said by @VictoireUmuhoza ✊ These aren't just words, they are the reality she is living. Since June 19, 2025, Ingabire has been held in arbitrary detention for simply exercising her right to peaceful political expression. As her Supreme Court hearing unfolds this month, we must amplify the call for justice. It is time to end the persecution of opposition voices in Rwanda. Tell me😊what’s your favorite quotes from her? That one remains my ultimate favorite. It reminds us that true liberty requires courage, courage that Ingabire continues to show every day behind bars. Stand for democracy. Stand for human rights. #MillenZMovementRw
