Player numbers across Steam and BSG will go down, and hurt BSG more than helping the player base from being divided. Some people get so focused on their wants, they often miss the greater picture.

Communication is key. If you're upset with the quaility of work from your team members, tell them. They're not mind readers! Most the time they're happy to get the feedback, as they want their clients happy! Can't fix something if they don't know it's wrong.
