@AirCanada You lost my bag almost two months ago. I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do and supplied you with requested information promptly. When am I going to receive compensation? I’ve had to go the whole summer rotating 4 outfits. #lostbaggage

@thealexismack @AirCanada AirCanada has no compassion. They also have ZERO customer service when it comes to missing baggage. My bag has been missing since June 13 when it got lost somewhere on the way to Dublin. I’ve tried and tried to get help from @AirCanada to no avail.

@AirCanada Probably a good idea on your part. Considering you have baggage going missing for over a month, y’all would kill those poor animals.

@GilchristKathy @AirCanada Kathy, one of my suitcases has been lost since Jun 13. Called AC at 0600 this am, on hold for an hour, get an agent who puts me on hold for another 20 mins, and then I was hung up on. Spent my entire 16 day trip cycling through 3 cheap outfits. I just want my clothes back.

@AirCanada Well you found (and delivered to my home address) 1 of our 2 bags. It only took you 11 days. (We will leave aside that delivering the bag home does nothing for us still in Europe). Now, where’s the other? The tracker says delivery initiated for both but we have only 1.

@annajwhelan @AirCanada Anna, I’m sorry but you probably won’t be getting your bags. I flew into Dublin from Toronto on 13 June and my bags still haven’t been returned to me. And I can’t get Air Canada or anybody at Dublin to give me an answer. I left Ireland on the 14th to continue my trip.
