@thealexismack @AirCanada AirCanada has no compassion. They also have ZERO customer service when it comes to missing baggage. My bag has been missing since June 13 when it got lost somewhere on the way to Dublin. I’ve tried and tried to get help from @AirCanada to no avail.

@GilchristKathy @AirCanada Kathy, one of my suitcases has been lost since Jun 13. Called AC at 0600 this am, on hold for an hour, get an agent who puts me on hold for another 20 mins, and then I was hung up on. Spent my entire 16 day trip cycling through 3 cheap outfits. I just want my clothes back.

@AirCanada Well you found (and delivered to my home address) 1 of our 2 bags. It only took you 11 days. (We will leave aside that delivering the bag home does nothing for us still in Europe). Now, where’s the other? The tracker says delivery initiated for both but we have only 1.

@AirCanada Delayed flights and now delayed luggage. In a foreign country. I was promised to receive my luggage today. 3+ hour wait time to speak to someone What is going on???! Called the Dublin, Ireland airport and they don’t answer their phone. Can’t trace my luggage.

@annajwhelan @AirCanada Anna, I’m sorry but you probably won’t be getting your bags. I flew into Dublin from Toronto on 13 June and my bags still haven’t been returned to me. And I can’t get Air Canada or anybody at Dublin to give me an answer. I left Ireland on the 14th to continue my trip.

@AirCanada Still waiting on lost luggage from two days ago. Route was Vancouver-Toronto-Dublin. Flight number 800 from Toronto to Dublin on Friday, June 17th. Am heading on from Dublin soon and need luggage. It says still tracking and no word yet. Please assist.

@AirCanada Mine and my niece’s bags were lost somewhere between RDU-YYZ-DUB. We landed in DUB 13 June. It’s the 20th. Still no bags, still no word. Worldtracer has msg from YYZ that one left there on 13th and one on 15th. Where are our bags?!! #badservice
